Second Annual Conference 2025

We are excited to announce the second annual conference AdvancED Equity is hosting in collaboration with Dr. Alfredo Artiles at Stanford University. This conference builds on a consensus interdisciplinary research agenda that we developed at the inaugural conference in 2024 and aligns and bridges work on civil rights protections across research, practice, and policy in educational institutions in the U.S. We have also received generous funding from the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and support from AERA Open to publish a special issue that will include strong research papers presented at this conference, which make it through a rigorous peer-review process.
