We submitted our brief comments on the the proposed Information Collection Request (ICR) for the 2025-26 and 2027-28 Civil Right Data Collections (CRDCs). Overall, we believe that an important data element—number of teachers of various race/ethnicity in each school—should be added to the mandatory list of data collection.
